Scheduling and calendar tools, which tell us when a call is booked, rescheduled, cancelled or attended.
We do not intentionally collect special category data (such as health, religious or political information). Please do not send it to us.
4. TEXT MESSAGING (SMS) PROGRAMME
This section describes our text messaging programme and forms part of this policy.
What the programme is. If you opt in, we send text messages about your application, your booked coaching call, reminders for that call, customer care replies to questions you ask us, and marketing messages about the programme and offers. Messages are sent to mobile numbers in the United States and Canada.
How you opt in. You opt in by ticking a clearly labelled, unticked consent box on our application or enquiry form, or by texting a keyword to our number. Consent to receive text messages is always separate from consent to receive email, and is never a condition of purchasing anything from us.
What we record when you opt in. Your mobile number, the date and time of consent, the page or form the consent was given on, your IP address where available, and any later opt-out or HELP request.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies depending on where you are in the application and coaching process.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. These are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
How to stop. Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT or OPTOUT. We will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and then no further messages. Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe.
How to get help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact loresowhat@gmail.com.
Who delivers the messages. Text messages are delivered by Telnyx LLC, acting as our service provider, and are handled inside our customer messaging system. These providers process your mobile number only in order to deliver and record messages on our behalf.
5. NO SALE OR SHARING OF MOBILE INFORMATION
No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
The only exception is sharing with the subcontractors who make the messaging service work, such as our messaging carrier and our customer messaging platform, and those parties are contractually prohibited from using your information for their own marketing purposes. That limited operational sharing is not, and is never, a sale or transfer of your opt-in data.
